The problem
Main challenges
New market. Despite strong signals from our users, it was a bet for acquiring new ones.
3rd party email creator integration. Due to resource constraints, we integrated a third-party email creation tool seamlessly into our platform.
Spam. The biggest problem turned out to be with spammers, leading to our domain being flagged as spam and impacting deliverability.
Just a first step. To initiate the project, email marketing was developed as an independent module while considering its future integration with chatbots.
Work with beta users. To make sure we were on the right track, we established and maintained close relationships with early adopters, gathering feedback and insights.
Custom, date-dependent list of templates. The 3rd party creator provided a lot of templates. To boost adoption, we created a script that shows at the top templates related to upcoming holidays and events, to boost adoption.
