The problem
Paweł is a renowned expert in hypertrophy, possibly one of the most renowned in Europe. He was impressed by Centrum Respo and sought something similar, but with a stronger focus on training programs. Drawing upon my extensive experience in the field, I crafted an app that aligns with his persona and social media presence. It embodies dark power, vikings, history, and dark humor while imparting a wealth of valuable knowledge about the human body.

Main challenges
Outdated system. Paweł's current clients used an outdated PDF system with poorly optimized websites causing churn.

Design + Management. Paweł is not a traditional startup, and he doesn't have a full-time development team. I was responsible for coming up with the concept and managing a team of 5 freelance developers.

Difficult past. Paweł's experience working with cheap agencies taught him many hard lessons. We had to overcome these challenges in order to take this project to the national level.

No resources for proper testing. Literally, in order to conduct tests, I took the application to my own gym and did corridor tests.

As of early 2024, the project is in the midst of development. I am currently overseeing its progress and managing the team in my spare time. I am eagerly anticipating its launch. Paweł is my remote personal trainer, and he has helped me reach a new level of fitness.
